Definition - What is Permanent Bannination?

One of the most severe punishments offered by most host agencies' Kidsnet policies, Permanent Bannination involves the deletion of all data belonging to a luser, the deletion of said luser's account, and infinite prohibition of the luser's access to any Kidsnet lab, in any town, at any host agency.

Permanent Bannination is only issued in rare circumstances. It usually is the last in a series of punishments for troublesome lusers, who have most likely earned it due to the Three Strikes You're Out policy held by many agencies.
